With 14 closed transactions during March home sales in Wallingford PA fell short of last March’s total by 2 homes. The average selling price gained 19.8% over last year to $319,821 largely due to 10 single family homes selling during the month vs 6 singles sold last year.

A total of $4,477,488 in real estate transferred during the month.

Ten single family homes sold for an average price of $366,250 during the month and averaged 24 Days On Market. Last March 6 single family homes sold for an average price of $439,983 and spent an average of 51 Days On Market.

4219 Woodward Road had the highest selling price for the month at $481,000.

Buyers signed contracts for 23 homes during March, 18 single family homes, 2 condos, 2 twins, and 1 townhome – with an average asking price of $377,898 and an average of just 19 Days On Market.

Future settlements – 9 in April, 8 in May, and 2 in June.

At close of the 1st quarter of 2020 a total of 54 homes have sold surpassing last year’s 1st quarter volume by 12 homes. The average sales price has gone up $17,043 to $330,014 from last year when it stood at $312,971 representing a 5.5% increase.

Fourteen single family homes sold for an average price of $410,600 during the month and averaged 66 Days On Market. Last February recorded 10 singles homes selling for an average price of $410,600 and spent an average of 78 Days On Market.

507 W Country Club Lane had the highest selling price of the month at $805,000.
