Buyers signed contracts for 9 homes during March, all single family homes, with an average asking price of $605,967 and an average of 20 Days On the Market.

At close of the 1st quarter of 2023 a total of 33 homes have sold falling short of last year’s 1st quarter by 18 homes. The average sales price decreased to $387,268 from last year when it stood at $454,415, representing a 14.8% decrease.
